New York’s Design elite gathered at the elegant John Rosselli Showroom on East 61st in Manhattan. Mr. Rosselli and partner, famed designer Bunny Williams hosted 80+ astute and canny design professionals to celebrate the release of the new book “A Passion for Living”.
Carolyn Englefield was there to charm and sign copies. Other notables included Clinton Smith, Charlotte Moss, Jeff Lincoln and Matthew Patrick Smyth.
This book has 288 pages of exceptional homes that have a noteworthy sense of personality and passion.
“A Passion for Living” is a breathtaking collection of 30 uniquely stunning European houses, from France and Italy to Switzerland and Sweden. The posh volume from Hearst Publication’s popular shelter magazine offers a wealth of decorating ideas. Top designers and influential tastemakers share their secrets for creating awe-inspiring spaces.
Author, Carolyn Englefield, is the current interiors editor of Veranda. She spent 13 years in Paris as a European correspondent for American design magazines with unique access to Europe’s most celebrated designers, architects and antique dealers.
She had an insider’s view of extraordinary homes in Belgium, England, France, Italy, Switzerland and Sweden. She shares the inner sanctums and design secrets of tastemakers such as Axel Vervoordt, Jacques Grange, Veere Grenney, Kathryn Ireland and Christian Liaigre. The book is a visual delight.
Thank you Hearst Publications, John Rosselli, Bunny Williams, Clint Smith and Veranda Magazine. Your sophisticated and well choreographed book signing was an entertaining event.
During the book signing party – My question for the evening was “what type of smart phone do you use“? I received so many entertaining responses. Some don’t know what phone they use and others recall the style number, available storage and date of purchase.
Below you will see which smart phone rings more popular. Please excuse the new watermark logo for the pictures – it is either too big, too small or nonexistent. technology . . . . .
