More than 32,000 design professionals from around the world and across the country descended on Manhattan to explore and experience what’s best and what’s next in global design. The 28th annual ICFF (The International Contemporary Furniture Fair) was May 14-17 at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and sponsored by the dazzling LUXE magazine.
With a 30 percent larger footprint, the show welcomed more than 130 new exhibitors and 587 returning brands and pavilions, making it the largest ICFF NYC ever!
The 2016 ICFF Editors’ Award winners were announced and presented by the Editor Judging Committee:

The esteemed jury recognized 11 designers and product designs, as well as awarding one of the 14 institutions participating in the annual ICFF Schools exhibitions with the Best of School Exhibition.
The knowledgable group of editors canvased more than 710 booths to determine this year’s winners.

I enjoyed strolling through the wider isles and european-like flair at the fair. #ICFF2016 event had something for everyone. There was a lot to see and do so we divided our ICFF story into two chapters; the ‘product chapter’ and the upcoming ‘celebration chapter’.
