Art Curator, Arlene Angard hosted a colorful art opening at her Upper East Side gallery. She started her personal celebration earlier, after receiving a special delivery of the April edition of Elle DECOR magazine. There was a wonderful hand written card from Editor and Chief, Michael Boodro paper clipped to the page that begins with her picture and article reviewing outdoor chairs.

Arlene has gone from being an Interior Designer to becoming a design resource.  Her Art Gallery on East 71st, furniture and accessory collections on 1stdibs and a soon to launch textile group of rugs and fabrics, all nurture her design career.

New York has fostered a lot of creativity for this Venezuelan native. Her full service interior architecture, design and decoration firm specializes in luxury residential and new age commercial. 

Arlene has put special thought into her design business and has garnered respect and admiration from colleagues and clients worldwide.  Her latest soiree spotlighted the works of glass sculpture Jeremy Silva and painter William Engel.
